All of our accessories are NOT suitable for infants and children as they may contain small objects that can be a choking hazard.

Orders & Postage

Please note that all One Thousand Chapters accessories are dispatched  2-3 working days. In some instances however due to a high level of demand it can take up to 7 days.

AUSTRALIA WIDE POSTAGE

One Thousand Chapters offers Australia wide shipping to our customers. The standard postage cost is $8.95. We offer free shipping on orders over $75. All postal packages are sent out via Australia Post. Once your order is processed it may take up to 14 days to arrive to you. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact our customer service team to assist you with your query.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

At this stage we currently do not offer world wide shipping, however we will be introducing international postage soon.
